Overview

When it comes to communicating, we can be hampered by our own fears of failure or embarrassment because we lack expertise in communication, confidence in ourselves and the ways and means of engaging an audience. A major goal of this workshop is to help you understand the impact your communication skills have on other people and learn effective ways of overcoming challenges in communication.
